1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to the public-facing properties of Osage Group Holdings, LLC and its sister entities (the “Properties”), which include but are not limited to osage.group, osage.global,osage.memorial, osage.foundation, and the operating-company domains listed at osage.group. By accessing any Property you agree to these Terms.
2. Permitted use
The Properties are made available for personal, journalistic, scholarly, and good-faith commercial review. You may quote text and link to pages on the Properties for non-commercial and editorial purposes without further permission, provided attribution is given to the named Property and to Osage Group.
3. Restrictions
- No automated harvesting or scraping at rates faster than 1 request per 5 seconds per IP.
- No commercial republication of substantial portions of the Properties without written permission from [email protected].
- No use of the Properties to train machine-learning models without prior written agreement.
- No reproduction of any ceremonial materials of the Osage Nation or any allied tribal nation that may appear in archival contexts; sacred materials are held under perpetual confidentiality.
4. Brand and intellectual property
See /copyright for the full brand and IP notice. In short: the Osage Group word mark, the arrowhead device, the Wazhazhe wordmark, and the design system are intellectual property of Osage Group Holdings, LLC, used under standing licence by sister entities.
5. Disclaimers
The Properties are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Where the Properties describe regulated activity — investment management, broker-dealer functions, banking, securities, gambling, or tribal-jurisdiction matters — nothing on the Properties constitutes an offer, solicitation, or advice. Regulated services are offered only where lawful and through the appropriate licensed entity.
6. Forward-looking statements
Statements about future plans, deployments, or programmes are forward-looking and subject to change. The Properties do not commit Osage Group to any specific outcome or timeline.
7. Third-party links
The Properties link to third-party sites including (without limitation) osagenation-nsn.gov,cyruspahlavi.com, and partner-institution domains. Osage Group is not responsible for content on third-party sites and the link does not constitute endorsement except where explicitly stated.
8. Sovereignty
The Osage Nation is a federally recognised sovereign tribal government, separate from Osage Group. Nothing on these Properties shall be construed as representing the Osage Nation or any other sovereign government. Coordination with the Nation, where it occurs, proceeds through the Nation’s own institutions on the Nation’s own terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are heard in the state and federal courts sitting in Osage County, Oklahoma.
10. Changes
These Terms may be amended from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced through /press.
