What we do

Seven capability domains.

The standing capability statement is at /capabilities.

The capability domains

Osage Group is a Native American–led federal contractor named for Maj. Gen. Clarence L. Tinker. Seven capability domains carry the standing work of the house. Each is led by a named officer and delivered through a sister entity with its own staff and counsel; the Group provides the standing register, coordinates the program calendars, and ensures the domains remain in conversation with one another.

1. Foundational AI & large language models

Sovereign, on‑premises, and air‑gapped foundation models for defense and intelligence customers; fine‑tuning, retrieval‑augmented generation, and tool‑using agent systems on classified and CUI‑controlled data; evaluation, red‑teaming, and alignment work; multimodal vision–language–audio systems; secure inference and model‑weight custody under the same cryptographic discipline that governs the rest of the stack. Carried with our sister stack at Osage AI — the open‑weight Osage model series, agent orchestration over Model Context Protocol (MCP), and the Jin unified multimodal framework.

2. Sovereign cryptography & post‑quantum systems

Applied research and engineering on lattice‑based and hash‑based primitives; key management; FIPS‑adjacent implementations; supply‑chain‑assured builds. The standing post‑quantum brief is held by the Chief Architect & Cryptographer (Z. Kelling) and carried through the applied‑research lattice at Osage Institute. Working papers and proof artefacts are published in the open record.

3. Sovereign settlement infrastructure

Permissioned and permissionless chain operation; auditable settlement; cross‑domain bridging with documentary discipline. The in‑house chain is Osage Network; the public block explorer and developer documentation are at docs.osage.network.

4. Trusted digital identity

Federated government‑and‑enterprise identity through Osage ID; attribute‑based access control; cryptographic credentialing for cross‑domain enclaves. Operates under the Osage IAM tenancy at iam.osage.id.

5. Mission‑class cloud & data services

Hardened sovereign cloud operation through Osage Cloud; data‑processing and hosting under a FedRAMP‑Moderate partner posture (roadmap); native‑arch builds on owned runners; secrets in Osage KMS only.

6. Technical advisory & strategic consulting

Architecture review, cryptographic posture assessment, and program‑risk advisory. Long‑horizon platform strategy under the Office of the Chief Executive; cross‑border trade and platform construction across the century‑class horizon.

7. International transactional counsel

Cross‑border licence coordination and foreign‑jurisdiction documentary support through International Counsel (Serhiy Hromov), Partner at Attorneys at Law “Gromov & Gromova” of Kyiv. Standing capacity to coordinate transactions across the European, Middle‑East, and Central‑Asian theatres alongside the standing partnership of 2026 with the Cyrus / Pars Foundation.

What we do not do

  • We do not represent the Osage Nation or any other sovereign government. The Nation speaks for itself.
  • We do not depict, license, or commercialise ceremonial regalia, songs, dances, or sacred materials.
  • We do not custody anonymous capital; we do not list assets that our compliance committee or general counsel will not put a name to.
  • We do not chase quarters; we hold standing.
